An opportunity has arisen for an Area Sales Manager to join a market-leading air handling manufacturer during a period of sustained growth.This is a field-based, project-led role focused on specification-driven work within the commercial building services sector. The role requires a hands-on, field-based approach with responsibility for developing specification-led projects and managing key accounts across the region.Regional CoveragePostcodes: NE, DH, SR, TS, DL, BD, HG, YO, LS, HD, WF, S, DN, HUWhat You'll Be DoingManaging and developing sales activity across a defined regional patchBuilding strong relationships with consulting engineers to influence specifications at design stageSupporting M&E contractors from tender through to order placementProviding technical input and practical, commercially sound solutions aligned to project requirementsPreparing and issuing quotations and technical submissionsAttending client meetings, design reviews, and site visitsManaging opportunities through the full project lifecycleMaintaining accurate CRM data, forecasts, and pipeline reportingPackageOTE up to £90,000Basic salary up to £60,000, depending on experienceCommission: 1% of all ordersCompany car or car allowanceFuel card and all business expenses coveredBenefits package includedWR HVAC | M&E are #1 recruitment partner for HVAC jobs.
