MaterialsPlanner Responsibleforplanningandschedulingofthematerialsrequiredtoexecutethemanufacturingplan.WorkswiththeMasterProductionSchedulerandsupplychaintotranslatethedemand(forecasts,salesorders,plannedorders)acrossmultipletimehorizonsintophysicalordersandensurestheyaredeliveredtomeetthecustomerrequirements.Are you the right candidate for this opportunity Make sure to read the full description below.TheMRPPlannerisresponsibleforallocating,monitoring,andreleasingdemandtomakesurethatmaterialisavailabletomeettheProductionScheduleandCustomerdeliverables.TherolewillbepartourManufacturingPlanningTeam.Thisrolewilloverseeandmanagethematerialavailabilityforourmanufacturingfacility;identifyanypotentialrisksandmitigateanyproductiondowntime.Responsibilities: ReviewingtheERPsystemdaily,ensuringmaterialquantitiesareavailabletoexecutetheprojectasperBOM.ThisincludesconvertingERP(OracleASCP)suggestedrequirementsintopurchaserequisitions.SupportingMasterProductionSchedulertoensurematerialisavailabletomeetthemanufacturingplanorhighlightingrisksandleadtoissueresolution.Actingasaninterfacebetweentheprojectandprocurementteams,andproductionplanners,supportingalldepartmentsinordertominimiselossoftimeinManufacture.Analysingandmonitoringinventorylevelstoensurecontinuousmaterialflowtomanufacturingoperations,whilesupportingbusinesscashflowtargets.CoordinatingtheresolutionofproblemsandmaintainingtheASCPdatesthroughregularcommunicationwithProductionControlandMasterScheduler.ManagingdataqualityontheERPsystem.Tobesuccessfulinthisroleyouwill: HaveaHighSchoolDiplomawithprovenexperienceinMaterialPlanning HavepriorexperienceofMRP/ERPsystems,withdesiredexperiencewithOracleASCP HaveaKnowledgeofEngineeringBOMstructures Havecommunication,influencing,andorganizationalskills Havesoundcomputerskills:Outlook,Excel,PowerPointetc.d02fcfcb-6df4-40ee-95cf-3eb059ce3173
