Graduate Electrical Engineer

Role- Graduate Controls EngineerSalary- £26,000- £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience, please advise)Type- PermanentLocation- BerkshireMy client work within engineering and manufacturing and they are looking to take on a Graduate Controls Engineer to develop as part of their team, on a permanent basis, in the Berkshire area.The Graduate Electrical Engineer / Graduate Controls Engineer role will ideally have the following attributes:Apprenticeship / HNC/ HND / BTEC / City & Guilds / Degree qualification or similar in Electrical and Electronics EngineeringHave knowledge or experience of working with PLC systems – Siemens, Allen Bradley or similarAny CAD skills would be beneficialKnowledge of Ethernet, Profibus or similar would be ideal but not essentialHave excellent hands-on capabilities too with panel building and wiringBe able to work well individually as well as part of a teamHave excellent communication skills both verbal and writtenThe Graduate Electrical Engineer / Graduate Controls Engineer role will involve:Working within the existing engineering technical teamBeing involved in automation projectsWorking with other Mechanical and Electrical EngineersWorking on PLC’s, panels, wiringProducing the required technical documentation tooInterfacing with customers when requiredSome travel to customer sites will be involved tooIf you are interested in this position, please apply with an up to date CV as soon as possible, along with your availability and your salary expectation.
