As a customer guide, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and advice to our customers regarding their needs. We are dedicated to providing a great working environment for our employees, and we strive to create a culture of teamwork, growth, and success.Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service to our customersDevelop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience with our companyAdvise customers on mobile phone products and servicesMeet and exceed sales targetsStay up-to-date on mobile phone products and servicesProvide technical support and advice to customersRequirements:Previous experience in customer service or salesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of mobile phone products and services would be an advantage but not essentialAbility to meet and exceed sales targetsPositive attitude and willingness to learnSalary:The salary for this position is 30,000 OTE based on a 40-hour workweek.
