This role will focus on the transformation of this legacy system to meet the needs and demands of todays customers. Youll not only identify opportunities for improvement but also make actionable recommendations and see them through to delivery.Key Responsibilities:Leading on service design and business analysis activities for the B2B customer portal transformationReviewing legacy processes and proposing innovative, practical improvementsActing as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, guiding them on what to do and how to approach this type of digital/software transformationCollaborating across business and technical teams to ensure solutions meet both customer and business needsDriving continuous improvement to deliver a seamless and modern customer experienceWhat were looking forStrong Business Analysis background , with progression into Service DesignExperience in digital/software transformation within TelecomsPrevious experience with a major telco is highly desirableProven ability to influence, manage, and engage stakeholders at all levelsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and compelling wayCommercial awareness and business acumen able to balance customer needs with strategic priorities475 per day outside IR353 Month rolling contractBerkshire Hybrid workingTPBN1_UKTJ
