We will not waste your time.Role OverviewWere seeking a smart, digitally savvy, highly motivated Marketing Associate to support our revenue marketing initiatives in Europe. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Marketing in Sunnyvale, California, the role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, helping execute marketing programs that generate leads for conversion to qualified pipeline.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and execute marketing programs. This includes best-practice execution of demand generation eventsin-person and digitalto drive MQLs (marketing qualified leads)Partner with field teams to ensure timely, impactful follow-up and post-event measurement of resultsProvide ad hoc assistance to support other marketing activities on demandEducation and ExperienceRequiredBA/BS in business or marketing or STEM, preferably from Europe or USMotivated to start and build a career in technology marketing and business developmentStrong project management and communication skillsObsession with excellent execution, results, and process adherenceSome overlap with Pacific Time required five days a weekMay require up to 50% travel, including quarterly visits to company HQ in CaliforniaIdealFamiliarity with demand generation, lead lifecycle, and pipeline metricsFamiliarity with marketing automation, sales automation, and CRM systemsOur Hiring Process is Easy with eGainStep 1Written testAptitude section this is a GRE style test (60 minutes or less)Step 2Panel interview (in-person at eGain Newbury office and/or remote)
