This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and commercially aware lawyer to work closely with an experienced team on a wide range ofcorporate transactions , including M&A, private equity and shareholder work, for clients in sectors such astech, life sciences, healthcare and professional services . Whether you're looking to take the next step up or broaden your exposure to high-quality deals, this is a role withreal progression potentialin a collaborative, down-to-earth firm. The Role You will manage your own caseload of quality corporate matters and support senior team members on more complex transactions. Work will include: Mergers & acquisitions– both buy-side and sell-side Private equity transactionsand venture capital investments Management buyouts (MBOs)and corporate restructuring Shareholder agreements , joint ventures and corporate governance matters Group reorganisations, partnership and share transfers Advising owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs and SMEs You will also be encouraged to take an active role inclient development , marketing and networking in the local business community. About You We’re looking for a qualifiedSolicitor (England & Wales)with: 2–6 years' PQEin corporate law from a reputable commercial or regional firm Experience handling a range of corporate transactions and drafting key documentation Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach An interest in growing your practice and developing long-term client relationships A commercial mindset and desire to work with ambitious businesses What’s On Offer?
