Job Description About the roleAs a HR Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting with delivery of the Retail Integration Programme. This role will support the HRBP team in the delivery of the programme, working closely with Regional and Area Retail Managers, IT, ER, L&D and People Services teams to ensure a smooth transfer process and positive employee experience.Tell me more, tell me moreOur client is currently looking for a new recruit in joining their Team, please read on! You can also ask our friendly recruitment team any questions you may have about the role, between 09.00am till 17.00pm Monday to Friday.Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)Must Haves:Experience working as a HR specialist and on HR projects.Self-starter with the ability to prioritise and identify core issues whilst managing competing deliverables and stakeholdersStrong relationship skills; strong communicator ability to navigate a matrixed, complex organisationWork collaboratively, delivering through others and holding them to account to deliver high quality outcomesProject management and experience in managing/ coordinating programmesAbility to adapt, deal with ambiguity, learn quicklyRestless curiosity, learning from within and the external market to continually push the boundaries to improve our employee experience.Ability to work at pace and under pressureWhats in it for you?
