Experienced Forklift Drivers Permanent Roles Location: Newbury, Berkshire Contract: Permanent and Full Time Salary: 15.50 - 17 per hour (32,200 - 35,300 per annum) Hours: Rotating Day Shifts or Permanent Night Shifts We are currently recruiting experienced Forklift drivers to join a busy and well-established operation in Newbury on a permanent, full-time basis. Our client is a UK-based food manufacturing business specialising in the production of high-quality productssupplied to major retailers, foodservice providers, and hospitality sectors. Operating within a fast-paced production and distribution environment, the company plays a key role in ensuring consistent quality, food safety, and efficient delivery across its supply chain, while investing in modern facilities and a skilled workforce to support continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled operators looking to move away from temporary work and secure a stable role with an option for either permanent night shifts working Sunday to Thursday (10pm to 6am), or on a weekly rotating day shift Monday to Friday (6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm). About The Role Operating Counterbalance forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently Stock movement, put-away, and replenishment Supporting goods-in/goods-out operations General warehouse duties including picking and packing Maintaining high standards of health 'safety at all times About You Valid Forklift licence (Counterbalance ideally) Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment Strong safety awareness and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and committed Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude Flexibility to work shifts If youre an experienced Forklift Driver ready for your next move, wed love to hear from you.
