Stock Condition Programme Manager

Job DescriptionWe are proud to be partnering with a private consultancy firm, who are looking to appoint a Stock Condition Programme Manager on a permanent contract.This will be a full-time position based across the South West patch of England, with a salary of circa 65,000 per annum dependent on experience.The ideal candidate will have experience within a more senior position surrounding stock condition surveys focused social housing units and have a full UK driving license.Duties will include (but are not limited to): Coordinating the stock condition survey programme using both in-house and external resources to achieve the necessary level of surveys across the stockAssisting the surveyor teams, clients and Project Coordinators with any queries, and aid general running of the team internally and externallyProviding support to the team on data assurance projects by validating data gathered by othersProfiling stock, monitoring performance, benchmarking, and supporting efforts to maintain data quality and up-to-date informationAssisting with the provision of information to other members of the team to facilitate the monitoring of project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, with reference to milestones and Key Performance IndicatorsExperience required:Social housing professionalProven experience in the industry, showcasing a depth of knowledge and proficiencySkills, knowledge and expertise required:Good organisational skills & punctuality Excellent written and verbal communicationRewards and Benefits:Medicash health plan Birthday leave Long-service leave Biannual pay reviews Professional development scheme Working hours:Monday FridayFlexible working hours Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.At James Andrews Recruitment Solutions we try to respond to all applications personally, however, due to the high volume of applications this is not always possible.
