We help organisations protect their information, stay compliant and manage their data responsibly, combining trusted processes with a strong focus on service and safety.As Depot Manager, you will oversee the day to day operations of our Newbridge site, ensuring that service delivery, safety, compliance and team performance are consistently upheld. You will play a key role in maintaining excellent customer relationships, driving operational standards and ensuring the depot runs safely, efficiently and to budget.Duties & Responsibilities:Overseeing all daily depot operations to ensure a safe, efficient and compliant working environment that supports excellent service deliveryEnsuring all customers receive timely and accurate services in line with contractual requirements, resolving any challenges quickly and professionallyLeading on the achievement of operational KPIs, quality standards and financial targets, while continuously seeking ways to improve depot performanceBuilding and maintaining strong customer relationships, taking ownership of escalations and promoting a positive, solutions focused service cultureManaging, coaching and developing depot staff to create a motivated team that delivers high standards and meets all company expectationsDriving a culture of continuous improvement by reviewing processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and supporting the implementation of new initiativesOverseeing the maintenance, compliance and safe operation of the depot fleet, site equipment and all physical aspects of the premisesDelivering clear and consistent communication across the team, ensuring key messages, updates and operational priorities are shared and understoodEssential RequirementsTransport Manager CPC - EssentialProven operational management experience within transport, logistics or a similar fast paced environment, with accountability for day to day service performanceStrong leadership capability with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a diverse team while maintaining high performance standardsA customer focused approach with experience managing service issues or escalations and building trusted, long standing relationshipsSolid understanding of operational compliance, safe working practices and relevant regulations, with the ability to embed standards across the siteStrong communication skills with the confidence to influence, engage and work effectively with colleagues, customers and stakeholdersGood financial awareness with experience contributing to budgets, managing cost areas or working with P&L informationA proactive and solutions driven mindset with the ability to challenge existing practices and introduce more efficient ways of workingIOSH Managing Safely qualification and the capability to operate effectively under pressure in a fast moving operational environmentSome of our benefits include: Annual Leave – 25 days + bank holidaysLife Assurance – 2x basic annual salaryBereavement Counselling – Support during difficult timesFree Onsite ParkingEmployee Assistance Programme (EAP) – Confidential counselling via Health AssuredEye Care Support – Free eye tests and up to £70 towards glasses for DSE users and drivers (includes retinal photography for drivers over 40)About The CompanyRestore Commitment to Disability ConfidenceWe assess candidates based on their experience and suitability for the role, as outlined in their CV and application.
