Job Description We are working in partnership with a well-established pub/hotel in New Quay that is looking to appoint a talented Chef to join their kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys cooking fresh, hearty food from scratch in a busy, welcoming environment. The menu focuses on quality pub classics, including homemade lasagne, gourmet burgers, and traditional Sunday roasts all prepared fresh on-site. The Role: ? Preparing and cooking all dishes from scratch ? Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation ? Managing prep and service during busy periods ? Ensuring food hygiene and kitchen safety standards are consistently met ? Working collaboratively as part of a close-knit kitchen team The Ideal Candidate: ? Experience working in a fresh food kitchen ? Confident cooking traditional pub dishes to a high standard ? Able to work efficiently during busy service ?
