Join to apply for theSenior Digital Marketing Executiverole atColten Care .We’re looking for a talented Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our professional in-house team at Colten Care – a family-owned care home provider with a reputation for outstanding care and an ambition to lead the sector in premium later life living.This is a brilliant opportunity for a digital marketing professional who is confident with performance advertising, search optimisation, and content strategy – and who wants their work to make a real difference to families navigating one of life’s most important decisions.As part of our collaborative marketing team, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing digital activity across our portfolio of 21 care homes – working alongside experienced marketing professionals, graphic designers and support teams to deliver results.Responsibilities Digital AdvertisingPlanning, managing and optimising paid campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and BingTracking and improving performance using enquiry data, cost-per-lead, ROI and conversion insightsSEO & Local SearchOptimising website copy, metadata, and internal linking to improve organic visibilityCreating and maintaining SEO-driven landing pages and blog articlesManaging Google Business listings for all homes, ensuring local SEO best practice, regular updates, and engaging contentMonitoring and responding to public reviews and questionsSupporting Facebook and Instagram content creation, including post ideas, stories and videoRepurposing PR stories through paid campaigns to boost reach and brand awarenessPromoting local home events via paid social campaignsManaging carehome.co.uk reviews and responses, reporting to senior management and supporting Home Managers with objectivesOverseeing reviews across Google, responding thoughtfully and reporting trends to the wider teamWebsite Content, Development & MaintenanceImplementing content updates, building new pages and landing pages, and enhancing the user experiencePublishing news and PR stories across our websitesManaging external developers for technical work, updates and new featuresDigital Reporting & InsightMonitoring, analysing and reporting on paid campaign results, website traffic, SEO performance, and enquiry trendsIdentifying patterns in care enquiries and supporting occupancy efforts through data insightAbout You You’ll be a confident communicator with a strong grasp of digital tools and techniques.
