This is a senior-level position with responsibility for workshop management, technical design, and business development support. The successful candidate must be well versed in all things operational within a controls panel business environment, due to the responsibility to oversee and drive business imporvement.Key Responsibilities*Oversee daily workshop operations and supervise staff*Produce panel designs and drawings from client specifications*Prepare and follow up on quotations to secure orders*Monitor stock and manage part ordering*Train and onboard new staff*Maintain a clean and organised workspace*Occasionally support hands-on panel assembly*Contribute to business growth through proactive sales involvementIdeal Candidate*3+ years in a controls/BMS or control panel environment*Strong electrical knowledge*Working knowledge of AutoCAD (training provided if needed)*Solid IT skills suitable for a technical office role*Self-motivated, ...
