Afon Veterinary Centre Neath are looking for an enthusiastic registered veterinary nurseWe are a busy well established, proudly independent RCVS accredited practice based in South Wales. The practice benefits from having a range of onsite facilities and as a mixed practice we see a variety of small and occasionally large animal patients.Our friendly team consists of 12 qualified nurses, 3 student nurses and auxiliary staff.We are seeking a motivated and compassionate veterinary nurse to join our friendly and supportive practice. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys a varied caseload, values teamwork, and is committed to provide excellent patient and client care.Our day to day duties are rotated between in-patient care, theatre duties, lab work and nurse clinics.CPD is actively encouraged, and a generous allowance and registration fees are included. Job Type : 30 hours over 3 days. Hours: Weekday shifts Monday and Friday 10 hr shifts (varied)and every Saturday 7am to 5pm (Saturday rate is enhanced). a About you: Registered Veterinary Nurse. Reliable, organised and able to work under pressure. Comfortable working as part of a team and independently as sole charge on a Saturday afternoon.
