Grow and maintain relationships with a diverse customer base, providing exceptional levels of customer service Handle telephone sales and quotation chasing Develop strategies to increase business from existing, new, and dormant accounts Liaise with manufacturers to secure the best terms for large projects, overseeing them from quotation to completion and beyond Resolve customer queries efficiently Promote and sell our wide range of products, encouraging repeat business Whats next?
