Due to change and transformation my client is seeking a head of projects to focus on controlling project performance. An exciting time to execute something brand new in a well established engineering organisation. Your Duties: Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting, variance analysis and executive dashboards for senior stakeholders Develop and maintain project controls frameworks covering cost, schedule, risk, change, document control, and performance reporting Implement risk and opportunity management processes and lead change control Standardise tools, processes, and templates across the programme. Establish cost and schedule baselines, deploy cost estimating, forecasting, earned value management and schedule tracking using tools (Primavera P6 or similar) Lead and mentor a team of cost controllers, schedulers, risk analysts and document controllers. Collaborate with procurement, finance, engineering and supply chain teams representing project controls at governance forums and audits. Support tender submissions through cost modelling, schedule planning, and risk estimation.
