Our firm continually embraces innovation and technology to better serve our clients in todays evolving legal environment.About the RoleWe are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a solicitor to join our team, taking on a dual role across both Agricultural and Commercial Property Law. The successful candidate will play a key part in shaping and developing our dynamic teams, working closely with experienced colleagues in both departments.ResponsibilitiesProvide legal services in agricultural law, including agricultural tenancies, grazing agreements, succession planning, business structures, partnerships, environmental law, estate reviews, acquisitions and sales, option agreements, wayleaves, easements, pipelines, mineral workings, green energy projects, and HS2-related matters.Advise and act on a broad range of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant issues, acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, planning and development, and management company formation.Collaborate with supervising partners, associates, trainees, and support staff in both departments.Contribute to the ongoing development and success of the firms property and agricultural law offerings.QualificationsAmbitious and forward-thinking, with a passion for both commercial property and agricultural law.Minimum 1 year PQE required; applications from solicitors with more experience are also desired.Excellent organisational skills, client focus, and confident communication with colleagues and clients.Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to develop expertise in both fields.Willing to take on supervisory responsibilities and help shape the future of the departments.What Hibberts OffersHybrid working up to 5 days per week (Monday to Friday), with office location in Nantwich, Cheshire.33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays.Salary: Competitive and aligned with experience.Bonus Scheme: Attractive, linked to performance with additional discretionary bonus.Life Assurance.Employee Benefits Scheme.Free Parking.Supportive, collaborative team environment with opportunities for personal and professional development.Start date: February-April, 2026.Application detailsWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified individuals, regardless of age, disability, gender identity, marriage or civil partnership status, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.
