Job Description We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager with a strong chef background to oversee and support multiple local food businesses in the Muir of Ord area.This is a hands-on leadership role, combining operational management with active kitchen support. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high food standards, supporting teams, and driving consistency and performance across the businesses.The RoleOversee the day-to-day operations of three local food sitesSupport kitchen teams during service when requiredMaintain and improve food quality, consistency, and presentationLead, motivate, and support chefs and front-of-house teamsEnsure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standardsManage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationshipsSupport recruitment, training, and development of staffDrive efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvementWork closely with owners/senior stakeholders to support business growthAbout YouProven chef experience, ideally at Sous Chef or Head Chef levelPrevious experience in a management or multi-site role (highly desirable)Strong leadership and communication skillsComfortable being hands-on in the kitchen as well as managing operationsOrganised, commercially aware, and solutions-focusedAble to manage multiple priorities across different sitesPassionate about food, people, and high standardsWhats on Offer40,000 basic salaryPerformance-related bonus up to 10,000 per yearStable, long-term role within established local food businessesVaried and engaging role with real influence over operationsOpportunity to make a genuine impact across multiple sites Apply now or get in touch to find out more.JBRP1_UKTJ
