Job Title: Production Operative Location: Newhouse, Motherwell Division: Pertemps Industrial Division Rate of Pay : First 6 weeks (training period): 12.21 per hour After 6 weeks: 12.41 per hour After 12 weeks: Increased holiday entitlement Overtime Rates: x1.5 on weekdays, x2 on Sundays Working Hours: 37 hours per week Weekly Pay Training Period (First 6 Weeks): Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM 4:15 PM Friday: 7:30 AM 11:30 AM Post-Training: Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM 4:15 PM Friday: 7:30 AM 11:30 AM Key Responsibilities: Operating manufacturing machinery Thermostat production Conducting quality checks Packing products for dispatch Maintaining high product quality standards What Were Looking For: Experience working to and exceeding production targets Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity High levels of focus and attention to detail Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks Willingness to work on your feet for extended periods Requirements: Flexibility may be required Ability to pass a criminal background check Own transport is beneficial due to site location Benefits: Full training provided Weekly pay Increased holiday entitlement after 12 weeks Opportunities for overtime at premium rates If youre ready to take the next step in your manufacturing career, apply today using the link below!
