Associate Technician

Job DescriptionAre you a skilled and dedicated Technician looking for a new challenge? This position in Scotland is your next perfect move.Hobson Prior is seeking an Associate Technician to be part of a team ensuring the production and testing of high-quality reagents in a laboratory setting. Your work will support the creation of test strip devices used in various assays.Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.Responsibilities:Ensure materials are available and prepare necessary solutions for manufacturing.Safely and efficiently produce reagents according to schedules and guidelines.Perform routine maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.Follow all regulatory and quality standards.Help update procedures and accurately document all processes and observations.Key Skills and Requirements:Experience in a lab or similar scientific setting.Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.Proficient with computers and detail-oriented.Strong communication and teamwork skills.A degree in a science subject is preferred, but relevant experience is also valued.For more information, please contact Grant Van Schalkwyk.
