As a AM Shift Supervisor at Evri, you'll play a key role in supporting the Transport and Shift Managers in delivering a safe, efficient, and compliant transport operation. You'll be the main lead during the day shift, ensuring high performance across the team and maintaining operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Brief and debrief drivers, manage rotas and holidays to optimise shift efficiency Ensure vehicle and route compliance with legal and operational standards Support planning to meet CPU requirements and control transport costs Maintain operational standards using 5S and Blue Book guidelines Monitor fuel usage, maintenance, and VOR status Communicate service expectations and performance targets to drivers Review vehicle checks and report defects or incidents Act as main contact for driver issues and incident investigations Ensure driver compliance with legislation and transport systems Lead on recruitment, onboarding, absence, and performance management What We're Looking For Qualifications: CPC National Certificate (desirable or willingness to work towards) PC literate IOSH (desirable) Knowledge & Experience: Previous experience in a traffic office environment Familiarity with telematics and transport management systems (e.g., Isotrak, Tachomaster) Experience in route optimisation and problem-solving Experience with drug and alcohol testing procedures At Evri, we know we only grow if our people do too.
