A leading household name, you will be calling warm leads and converting them to customers. Full training will be provided in order to help you excel in this role!_____________________________________What will you be doing? Making outbound calls to warm leads from people who have shown interest Building rapport and understanding the customers wants and needs Giving advise to customers to give them the best service Update customers throughout their journey Liaise with 3rd parties to ensure the sale is completed Ensure the system is updated accurately Provide the best possible customer service throughout their journey __________________________________What do you need?
