With a strong track record of growth and a reputation for delivering reliable service to customers across the UK and internationally, the business is seeking a Site General Manager to lead this strategically important site.This is a key leadership appointment, offering the opportunity to establish and manage a new operation, ensure the highest standards of service, and build a high-performing team. The successful candidate will play a central role in driving efficiency, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction within a fast-moving environment. Responsibilities:Lead the day-to-day operation of the Motherwell depotEnsure efficient stock management, accurate order processing, and smooth logistics operationsRecruit, manage, and develop a capable, engaged teamDrive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and service deliveryCollaborate with senior leadership to support wider business growth objectivesCandidate Profile:Proven experience in Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain environment as a Site General Manager or similarStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teamsCommercially aware with a focus on service delivery and operational efficiencyHands-on, solutions-focused approach within a fast-paced environmentConfident managing processes, systems, and KPIsInternational CPC - Desirable
