Job Description We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support at a senior level to the Managing Director and, where appropriate, their direct reports. This is a pivotal role that ensures the smooth running of day-to-day activities, enabling the Managing Director to make the most effective use of their time.The successful candidate will be confident handling sensitive and complex matters with professionalism, diplomacy and sound judgement, while acting as a trusted point of contact both internally and externally.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively manage the Managing Directors diary, assessing priorities, resolving conflicts and reallocating appointments as requiredCoordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and visasManage correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate responses by the Managing Director, Senior Leadership Team or other staffAct as a key point of contact for external stakeholders and support the delivery of global and local initiativesScreen calls, enquiries and requests, responding where appropriate and escalating as necessarySupport the Managing Director with research, preparation and follow-up on actions within their remitPrepare high-quality documents, reports and presentationsOrganise and support meetings for the Managing Director and Senior Leadership TeamMeet and greet visitors, liaising confidently with stakeholders at all levels of senioritySkills and ExperienceExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a wide range of internal and external stakeholdersStrong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectivelyExcellent attention to detail and a consistently high level of accuracyA flexible, proactive approach with the ability to adapt and re-prioritise in a fast-paced environmentProven discretion and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrityAdvanced IT skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant who thrives in a senior support role and enjoys working at the heart of an organisation.
