Due to continued growth, were seeking an inspiring Customer Service & Office Manager to lead our office operations while ensuring exceptional customer service across the business. The Role This is a multi-faceted leadership position perfect for someone who thrives on variety. Youll combine office management responsibilities with customer service leadership , overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating projects, and supporting our team of field engineers. Youll lead a small office team, ensuring smooth scheduling, administration, and customer communication, while also managing processes that keep the business running efficiently. This role is ideal for a bright, energetic individual who enjoys a hands-on approach and is interested in project management, construction, or technical services. Key Responsibilities Office & Team Leadership Lead, coach, and motivate a team of three office staff plus ten field engineers. Foster a positive, high-performing culture where initiative and accountability are encouraged. Support staff development through training, guidance, and constructive feedback. Customer Service & Operations Oversee scheduling of surveys, installations, and service visits. Resolve complex customer issues professionally and efficiently. Ensure clear communication between clients, engineers, and suppliers. Maintain accurate records, timesheets, and CRM data. Office Management & Process Improvement Ensure the smooth running of office systems, workflows, and administrative processes. Manage budgets, expenses, and performance tracking for the office team. Identify efficiency improvements and implement process enhancements. Balance day-to-day tasks with strategic support for business growth.
