This includes - Classroom-based sessions, E-learning modules, Shadowing experienced Support Practitioners to gain hands-on experience. This ensures you feel confident and well-prepared in your new role.Though for this particular role we are looking for someone who has experience of Complex needs, ASD, Epilepsy, Challenging behavior and who has worked within a CALMS service previously.Flexible Working OpportunitiesFull-Time, Part-Time, and Bank Roles Available! You must beflexible , as shifts vary between early, back, late, and sleepovers.About the RoleAs ASupport Practitioner , Your Responsibilities May IncludeSocial Support - Helping individuals engage with their communities by planning and attending outings such as day centres, cinema, swimming, and other leisure activities. Medical Support - Administering and monitoring medication. Personal Care - Supporting wellbeing by assisting with bathing, dressing, incontinence care, and arranging healthcare appointments.
