From restocking shelves to jumping on tills, youll keep moving, keep business booming and never be bored. Youll take pride in going the extra mile to keep the store clean, tidy and organised, working closely with your colleagues and making sure that every customer receives the service they deserve. You could even become a Freshness, Non-Food or Bakery Specialist.SHIFT MANAGER - As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, youll help us maintain our high standards day after day. From motivating your team to taking responsibility for the shop floor, youll keep our store running like clockwork, thriving in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
