Delivery LeadMy Global Software Client is looking for a Delivery Lead who will be a key member of the programme leadership team alongside the partner delivery leads in charge of the D365 scope. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including development teams and senior management, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectivesRole Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple functional & technical workstreams/developments simultaneously, ensuring alignment with the overall programme strategy, plan and aligned to company goals and strategies. Specifically this role will manage teams working on:eCAT (e-business portal)NetSuiteBespoke internal toolsThe environments and release managementDevelop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies all congruent with the overall programme.Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, functional consultants and SMEs, to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.Be the key expert and decision maker on delivery approach by efficient alignment of the programme delivery goals with key technical and functional leads.Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders effectively, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project timelines and quality.Conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the technical project management process and methodologies.Ensure adherence to industry best practices, compliance standards including security and company policies.Skills & Experience Experience of best practice ways of working on transformation programmes, ideally having had overall responsibility for implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE with multiple impacted business systems (ERP, HCM, ITSM etc)The experience and gravitas to command the respect of and leadership to a team of diverse skillsets and responsibilities ensuring that each deliver on their commitmentsExperience of working client-side and holding large systems integrators to accountExperience in managing integration projects. Specific experience with Boomi and Azure Service Bus and/or other Azure based integration tools would be favourableExperience in managing data migration projects.Experience of End-to-End CRM programmes
