We are now seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to help us build strong partnerships with local host companies that can provide internship placements.Roles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage with companies across London, Berlin, New York, Seoul & Tokyo willing to host interns.Build and maintain strong B2B relationships.Develop region-specific outreach strategies and contribute to overall partnership growth.Collaborate closely with our partnerships and operations teams.Working HoursFlexible Hours (15 hours a week)Minimum QualificationsProven experience in international lead generation or B2B business development (minimum 2 years).Excellent communication in English (additional languages are at an advantage).Comfortable working across multiple time zones.Self-starter with measurable success in previous roles.References from previous roles required.CompensationPerformance-based package
