Millions of people around the world use Dometic products in outdoor, residential, and professional applications.We are now hiring a Sales Executive in the UK&I to join our Workshop Equipment business, a division of WAECO Germany WSE. WAECO is an established premium brand in the automotive segment with a strong brand DNA and is regarded as a technical and qualitative trendsetter as well as a benchmark for the global A/C service and maintenance industry. WAECO has been a recognized market leader in this field for over 50 years and works closely with workshop Customers and the automotive industry.About The PositionThe sales representative will further develop WAECO WSE's profitable growth and drive sales with recurring business, to existing and new Customers.We expect you to work independently and proactively. In addition, you should identify and work on new revenue areas for profitable business opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablishing, developing and maintaining relationships with our existing and potential new Customers who may be wholesalers, distributors or other automotive CustomersDevelopment of sales activities and revenue in accordance with the overall strategy/pricingMaintaining in-depth product knowledge through targeted sales trainingPreparation and processing of price negotiations and offersGenerate reports on revenue, quotes, backlogs, customer statistics, market analysis, sales data analysis and forecast planningClose coordination with other internal functions such as product management, purchasing, office sales, etc.Preparation and implementation of company and product presentations for CustomersParticipation in relevant trade fairs (UK and Europe),Skills & RequirementsAt least 2 years professional experience in B2B sales of technical products in the automotive sector (preferably workshop equipment)Completed technical (preferably automotive technical) or business administration trainingProduct and market knowledge in the workshop equipment business (preferably A/C service) is desirableCompetent, confident appearance and very good communication skills, both written and spokenTo be successful in this role, we believe that you possess the following skills, competencies & characteristics:Good technical understandingFocused on profitable revenue growthNegotiation and presentation skills (online and in person)Strategic and analytical mindsetExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsFamiliar with standard software (MS Office / Outlook)High willingness to travel with a full UK drivers licenceReliable and flexibleDometic's Core ValuesTo thrive and succeed in this role, you understand the importance of our core values – Together We build our future, We play to win, We embrace change and We walk the talk; these values reflect the heart and soul of Dometic and they define what it takes to work here and how we do things.Please apply as soon as possible by sending your application.
