Senior Development Manager

I am looking for a Senior Development Manager to join a leading name in London Real Estate. This role would see you work on what can only be described as a Trophy Asset, the type of project that very few will ever get a chance to work on. It the reimagining of an already iconic piece of real estate, and will be one of the most talked about projects in London.The Senior Development Manager needs to have had significant experience in the commercial office space, experience developing schemes in excess on 100,000 sq ft and have strong numerical skills. You will work closely with a highly experienced Development Director and take ownership of the day to day running of the projects, working with key investors. The scheme is at stage 0 and you will work through to completion including leasing and marketing.The Senior Development Manager will:Oversee management of project through all key stagesLead teams through the feasibility and design, all the way through to sales, leasing and hand over processesCarry out detailed feasibility appraisals and financial analysis to create a viable developmentManage and deliver the project brief with objectives, roles & responsibilities, programme and deliverablesApproval of appointment of professional team to design viable development proposals that meet the constraints of the site and applicable planning policiesLead planning applications through the planning process (submission, consultation, S106 Agreement) to secure consent within budget and programmeTender and procure main contractor servicesManage all legals processes throughout the development stagesThe Senior Development Manager will have:Proven track record of successfully delivering complex development schemes in a major metropolitan city.History of successful involvement in significant mixed use commercial project developments including pre-lets and buildings in excess of 100,000 sq ftProven understanding of the property development process, in particular planning and deliveryProven understanding of end to end construction and the project management processProven track record in the completion and hand over of high value projectsProven knowledge of asset and estate management issuesSalary and benefits£80,000 - £120000Strong BonusFor more information or to apply to this role, please apply and upload your CV.
