This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving people team where you'll take ownership of complex ER casework and help foster a positive, consistent ER culture across both Head Office and store operations.The Role:As Employee Relations Specialist, you'll be a trusted advisor to managers and stakeholders across the business, providing clear, pragmatic, and legally sound advice on a range of ER matters. You'll take the lead on high-risk and complex cases, support organisational change projects, and contribute to improving ER capability through coaching and guidance.What You'll Be Doing as a Employee Relations Specialist :Manage a varied ER caseload from start to resolution, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance issuesAct as a point of escalation for more complex cases, ensuring compliance with current employment law and company policiesSupport restructures, consultations, TUPE and policy updatesCoach and guide managers to handle ER matters confidently and consistentlyIdentify ER trends through case tracking and reporting, recommending solutions to reduce riskSupport in delivering ER-related training to managers and HR colleaguesThe ideal candidate will have/be:Previous experience in a similar ER-focused role, ideally in a retail or multi-site environmentStrong, up-to-date UK employment law knowledgeProven ability to manage complex and sensitive ER issuesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsConfident in handling TUPE, restructures, and organisational changeA practical, people-focused approach with a commercial mindsetIf you're an ER professional who enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems, and influencing positive outcomes, this could be the perfect next step.Salary: £45,000 + benefits, including staff discount.Please apply today with your most up-to-date CV!BBBH34230
