Production SchedulerAlexander Steele is working leading food manufacturing business in Buckinghamshire to appoint a Production Scheduler. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining efficient production schedules to meet customer demands, optimise resource utilisation, and ensure timely delivery of products. This role will suit a motivated individual who is keen to kickstart their career in planning within a food manufacturing environment.What’s on Offer:Paying £32,000 (D.O.E)28 days holiday + 8 bank holidaysPrivate medical care/dental care4% pensionOnsite Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm)Responsibilities:Manage planning calendars.Execute and maintain toolbox as well as techniques required to evaluate impact of proposed schedule changes.Ensure constant communication with stakeholders where pertinent when proposed schedule changes arise.Liaise between departments such as procurement, manufacturing, quality control.Track production progress and adherence to schedules.Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.Background Experience: Experience in a similar position in a food manufacturing/processing environmentWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – ExcelStrong organizational and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Problem-solving mindset and adaptability under pressure.For more information regarding this opportunity contact Lomond MacPherson on:lomond@ / 07900416043
