Strategic People Partner 2x roles 1st role - 100k-110k basic2nd role - 85k-90k basic Milton Keynes - 3 days in the office - could substitute one day to working in the London office and 2 days from homeBoth roles are with a leading banking brand and are available as result of an exciting transformation. My client is looking for senior strategic HRBPs with experience of working at ExCo and ExCo-1 levels and have partnered not with client groups but businesses themselves. Suitable candidates must be able to think of the overall business/group, not about the individual and have demonstrable experience of doing so. You will need to be able able to clearly demonstrate strategic value. Financial Services experience is a very strong preference for this role and as this is a global matrix business candidates will also need to understand the complexities of working in this environment. These are two extremely exciting roles requiring thought leaders, candidates who are not transactional but truly strategic.
