Regional HR Business Partner, NorthamptonshireC£50,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus car allowanceWe are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Regional HR Business Partner to join a private-equity backed business with sites across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a high-impact, people-focused role supporting the strategic development of business units across the region.As a trusted HR Business Partner, you will work closely with leaders in your assigned business areas to shape direction, culture, and performance in line with the overall HR strategy. You’ll play a key role in enabling your areas to be fit for the future through effective performance management, talent development, and strong leadership support.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a strategic partner, supporting their development in alignment with the wider HR strategyInfluence, coach, and mentor managers in the application of HR frameworks, policies, and employment legislationDrive a high-performance culture through the implementation of robust performance and talent processesSupport, facilitate, and embed Group HR initiatives locally/divisionally to ensure consistent, effective deliveryBuild strong, credible relationships across the business to support both strategic and operational people prioritiesAct as a role model for best practice, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and people developmentWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in a multi-site HR Business Partner roleStrong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practiceDemonstrated ability to coach, influence and support senior managersExperience implementing and embedding strategic HR initiativesCIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum) or equivalent desirableFull UK driving licence and flexibility to travel regionallyThis is a permanent, hybrid, regional role offering circa £50,000 - £55,000 per annum plus car allowance.If you are interested in this opportunity please apply now!
