Case Handler

We are working on behalf of a leading solicitor’s firm based in Blackburn/ Darwen Area, who provide high-quality legal services to clients nationwide. Their experienced professionals specialise in handling no-win, no-fee claims across various service areas, helping individuals and businesses recover compensation. They are seeking 2 Fee Earners to join their Housing Disrepair (HDR) Team.In this role you will be:Managing a diverse caseload of HDR files from inception to settlement/litigationEmbracing the power of the CRM software, accurately recording , inputting and updating client and case information.Cultivating and maintaining excellent client relationships, always putting the client first.Contribute to consistently high levels of productivity with internal and external firmsSkills and Experience:Ideally have 2 years Housing Disrepair Fee Earning Experience (not essential)With a proven ability to hit and work to targets with the ability to run a significant case load of client filesAbility to understand and interpret case lawExcellent organisation and diarising skillsProblem-solving skills and sound judgementProficiency in MS Office (in particular Word, Outlook and Excel) Adobe Acrobat, and the ability to adapt to ad-hoc software packagesWhats on Offer:Yearly bonus – based on company performanceA supportive and collaborative working environment.Competitive salary based on experience.Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.23 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays.Fruit delivered weeklyGym onsite – weekly PT session for every employeeFree ParkingReady to Apply?
