Your mission is to ensure they get maximum value from our solutions—starting with onboarding, through day-to-day optimization, and into long-term program growth. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure their success.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main contact for assigned clients, providing proactive account guidance and responsive support.Lead onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring smooth, timely launches.Educate clients on product features, platform capabilities, and new enhancements.Partner with Product, Engineering, Service Delivery, and Finance to resolve issues and improve client experience.Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.Advocate for client needs internally, sharing feedback with relevant teams.Contribute to process improvements that enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.What You Bring3–5 years’ experience in client success, account management, or project management, ideally within SaaS, fintech, payments, or rewards.Proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.Excellent project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple accounts and priorities.Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset.Technical aptitude and comfort learning new platforms, APIs, or digital tools.Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Wrike, Zendesk or HubSpot (a plus).Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.How to ApplyIf you’re a motivated, client-focused professional who enjoys helping businesses succeed, we’d like to hear from you.
