Role SummaryThe Regional Product Manager (RPM) will be responsible for driving the commercial success of Esco’s product portfolio within the assigned region. This role bridges global product strategy with regional market needs, ensuring product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and customer adoption are tailored to local requirements. The RPM will collaborate closely with global product management, regional sales, marketing, technical, and service teams to achieve business objectives.Job title:Regional Product ManagerLocation: UKDirect Manager: Director, Global Product ManagementKey ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & ManagementAct as the regional subject matter expert for assigned product lines.Localize global product strategies to address regional market dynamics.Collect, analyze, and share market intelligence, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform product roadmaps.Monitor product performance and drive corrective actions to achieve regional revenue and margin targets.Go-to-Market & Commercial ExecutionDevelop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for product launches and campaigns in the region.Provide commercial support to sales teams, including pricing strategies, product positioning, and value propositions.Partner with marketing to create region-specific content, sales tools, and promotional materials.Customer & Stakeholder EngagementSupport KOL (Key Opinion Leader) development and customer engagement initiatives.Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for customers and internal teams.Represent ESCO Lifesciences at regional conferences, trade shows, and industry events.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with R&D, regulatory, and manufacturing teams to align on product lifecycle needs.Provide input to global product management regarding unmet market needs and product enhancements.Ensure customer feedback is captured and communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Business, or related fields.3+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or sales within the life sciences, medtech, or biotech industry.Strong understanding of laboratory workflows.Proven track record of managing product portfolios and achieving business targets regionally.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a matrixed, multicultural, and fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel regionally (~30–40%).Mandarin capability is a bonus.What We OfferOpportunity to shape the regional growth of a globally recognized life sciences company.Collaborative and innovative work culture that fosters professional growth.
