We have an exciting new opportunity for a Fencer & Groundworker to join our property operations team in the South Region. Youll carry out fencing and groundwork repairs from replacing fences and gates to completing a variety of groundworks all while delivering a reliable and professional service our customers can trust.Salary: 32,200 per yearContract: Permanent, full timeYour week: 39 hours per week. MondayFriday 8:30am5pm with one rotating late shift per week (10:30am6pm)Location: Milton Keynes and surrounding areasSnapshot of your role Repair, replace and install all types of fencing, gates and ironmongery Carry out groundwork repairs, including paving, ramps, driveways and paths Complete responsive and planned maintenance to a high standard Inspect, specify and sign off work, including quality checks on contractors Provide excellent customer service as a front-line representative of Amplius Work safely, following health and safety, COSHH and PPE requirements Keep your work van maintained and report any issues in line with procedures Support colleagues by sharing good practice and taking part in extra pay out-of-hours rota when requiredYour toolkit for success NVQ Level 2 in Fencing, Groundwork or Construction Strong, proven experience of Fencing and Groundwork Practical skills and a good understanding of role-related health 'safety Good communication skills and a positive, customer-focused approach Ability to work independently using a mobile device and tablet Team player, willing to support and mentor colleaguesA full UK driving license is required for this role.
