You'll enjoy a diverse workload, a dynamic office environment, and the chance to be part of something truly impactful.Key Responsibilities:Prepare accounts for small businesses, statutory accounts, VAT returns, and CIS returnsManage Self-Assessment tax returns and assist with MTD ITSA rolloutComplete corporation tax returns, R&D claims, and capital allowance reportsReview client bookkeeping, reconcile bank accounts, and ensure accurate codingSupport clients with cloud accounting adoption and system transitionsPrepare and deliver management accounts with insights and commentaryOffer guidance on tax strategies and long-term business planningContribute to process improvements and workflow enhancementsSupervise and review junior team members' work, offering mentoring and supportPlay an active role in digital transformation and strategic practice projectsBenefits:Tailored in-house training to support career growthStudy support package available after probationAuto-enrolment pension scheme (after 3 months)25 days annual leave + bank holidays (pro rata)Practical experience with leading cloud-based platformsOpportunity to contribute to cutting-edge innovation projectsThe Ideal Candidate:We're seeking someone who is motivated, client-focused, and ready to grow with a thriving firm.
