Video Content Creator Milton Keynes £50,000 We’re looking for a Video Content Creator to join a high-performance environment where world-class stories unfold every day.This role sits at the heart of a major brand with global reach, capturing human stories, technical breakthroughs and behind-the-scenes moments that impress!What you’ll be doing:• Identifying, developing and capturing stories for a global brand• Filming, editing and producing high-quality short-form video and photography for TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn.• Pitching, planning and storyboarding ideas and contributing to daily content planning.• Creating hero, hub and hygiene content that supports brand and campaign objectives.• Integrating partner exposure naturally and delivering assets that meet commercial KPIs.• Applying brand guidelines consistently while pushing creative standards.• Using performance insights to evolve and improve content output.What you’ll bring:• Proven experience as a Content Creator or Videographer for luxury / premium brands.• A fan-first, mobile-first mindset and deep understanding of social platforms, especially TikTok.• Strong production skills across videography, photography, lighting, composition and on-site shooting.• Expert editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.• Ability to storyboard and create standout visual treatments.• Strong communication skills and confidence managing multiple projects at pace.• Experience working cross-functionally in creative or commercial environments.• A full driving licence for occasional off-site shoots.• A collaborative approach and the ability to work independently when needed.What success looks like:• A steady flow of exclusive HQ-led content that achieves engagement and retention targets.• Repeatable formats and series that resonate• High-quality assets delivered consistently for both brand and commercial needs.• A proactive creator who elevates storytelling and production standards.Role details:This is an on-site role with occasional travel for shoots.If you thrive in fast-paced environments, know how to spot stories others miss and want to create content from the inside out, this is a standout opportunity.Please ensure your CV includes your portfolio of work, home town and contact details.We'll be moving fast to contact relevant candidates for this position.
