Develop and optimize lead-time management mechanisms for scenarios such as cross-border and self-pickup services. Produce regular performance reports and drive the implementation of improvement measures.2.Transportation Loss and Damage ManagementOversee loss and damage monitoring, data collection, and analysis across self-operated, cross-border, and self-pickup channels. Establish and enhance loss management processes, promote cross-functional collaboration to resolve quality issues, and organize training to strengthen quality awareness and standard operating practices within the operations team.3.Process Optimization and StandardizationReview and optimize processes related to transportation lead-time and loss/damage control. Identify key bottlenecks and recommend improvement solutions. Promote the adoption of standardized processes across regions or nationwide to enhance transportation quality and operational efficiency.4.Data Analysis and Improvement Project ExecutionConduct data-driven analysis to identify trends and root causes of quality issues. Develop lean improvement plans and oversee their execution and progress tracking. Build and maintain a quality performance indicator system to continuously improve the lead-time performance and overall quality of the transportation network.Job Requirements1.Bachelors degree or above.2.More than 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management, with a solid understanding of transportation network operations.3.At least 3 years of experience in transportation quality management, lean improvement, transportation lead-time control, or loss/damage management.4.Experience in cross-border logistics quality management or multi-node transportation network management.5.Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in applying lean management tools to quality improvement initiatives.6.Strong project coordination capabilities, with the ability to independently lead quality improvement projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.7.Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to systematically identify root causes and drive effective corrective actions.
