The Multitrade Builder will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to construction, including but not limited to shell building activities such as Groundworks, Brickwork, Structural steel work, Carpentry, Roofing, Plastering plus knowledge around plumbing, electrical work, The role involves working in a team on-site to bring projects to completion.QualificationsGroundworks, Brickwork, Carpentry, Roofing, plastering and knowledge around Plumbing, Electrical Work.Experience in construction and building tradesProblem-solving and attention to detail skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentHealth and safety awareness and complianceExcellent communication and organizational skillsRelevant certification or trade qualifications are advantageousTools and equipment advantageous Driving Licence and vehicle Employment or sub contract contracts available
