Together, were building a better future.About the RoleWere looking for an experienced Community Safety Officer to join our dedicated team on a 12-month FTC. This newly created role is central to our anti-social behaviour (ASB) response, managing a varied caseload including the most complex and serious incidents, while providing vital support to customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.Operating within a hybrid model, youll play a key role in delivering our ASB service, ensuring cases are handled promptly, professionally, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of ASB cases, including complex and high-risk incidentsBuild strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners to deliver positive community outcomesUtilise all available tools and enforcement methods to resolve ASB cases swiftly and effectivelyPrepare legal notices, witness statements, and case documentation; represent SettleParadigm in court when requiredDeliver a customer-focused ASB service in line with our policies and proceduresCollaborate with internal teams such as Housing and Rent Recovery to ensure seamless case handling and resolutionAttend multi-agency meetings and represent SettleParadigm in discussions with local authorities, police, and other key partnersWhat Were Looking ForMust haves:Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and prioritise a complex ASB caseloadConfidence when dealing with challenging behaviourExperience preparing case reports and legal documentationStrong understanding of landlord and tenant law and its application to tenancy and ASB managementAbility to work flexibly and collaboratively with a range of stakeholdersNice to haves:Experience within the housing sector, particularly in ASB managementPrevious involvement in multi-agency meetings and partnership workingFor added brilliance:Practical, problem-solving approach to ASB issuesStrong customer focus with a commitment to delivering positive community outcomesBenefitsAt SettleParadigm, we believe in creating an environment where our people feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
