Now, were looking for a Sales Manager whos passionate about fitness and ready to take our sales team to the next level.Job SummaryIn this role, youll lead our sales team in delivering a seamless, supportive, and engaging buying experiencefrom the first enquiry to post-purchase follow-up. We believe in nurturing every lead with care, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the decision-making process with expertise and empathy. This is a brand-new role, so the ideal candidate will be a self-starterconfident in developing and embedding processes and strategies from scratch. Youll have the freedom to shape how things are done, so we need someone whos proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the sales department to hit and exceed monthly targetsDrive sales strategies for inbound leads, chat, phone, and email enquiriesAnalyse sales performance and customer trends to identify growth opportunitiesWork with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals and seasonal trendsEnsure a customer-first approach to every interactionbefore, during, and after purchaseImplement and refine processes and tools (e.g., CRM, sales funnels)Stay current on fitness industry trends and product innovationsRequirements3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in e-commerce or retailProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsLeadership skillsConfidence shooting video demonstrations for customersExcellent communication skills are essentialyoull need to be clear, professional, and personable across all channels, whether thats in writing, face to face, or over the phone.Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Shopify etc) and online sales platformsExcellent problem-solving, and data analysis skillsInterest in fitness, wellness, or active lifestyles (we speak the language of reps, PRs, and recovery!)Nice to HaveBackground in fitness equipment or sporting goodsExperience scaling a sales team in a high-growth e-commerce environmentKnowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, or affiliate sales modelsPerks & BenefitsCompetitive salary + commission/bonus structureHealth and wellness benefitsOpportunities for growth in a passionate, mission-driven comp
