Salesforce Consultant

We are looking for a technical Salesforce Energy & Utilities (E&U) expert with in-depth knowledge of Order Management processes and data models to support integration discussions with the Billing system team. The expert will be required to attend two workshops to respond to technical clarification questions, focusing on how order data is captured, managed, and transferred to downstream systems.Key Responsibilities:Attend 2 technical workshops with the Billing system teamProvide expert guidance on the Salesforce E&U Order Management architecture, configurations, and integration designClarify technical aspects of order data structures, flows, and system behaviorsSupport alignment between Salesforce and the billing solution’s technical requirementsIdentify and document any technical gaps or integration dependenciesRequirements:Proven technical experience with Salesforce E&U Cloud, specifically in Order ManagementStrong understanding of data models, APIs, and integration patterns within the Salesforce platformFamiliarity with utility billing systems and related integration pointsAbility to articulate technical details clearly in a cross-functional environmentStrong problem-solving and communication skills
