The company focuses on Commercial projects across the Home Counties.Strong pipeline of work secured for the foreseeable future they are expanding their team. Looking for a strong candidate from the Design background, Design Manager / Coordinator, from construction, preferably from commercial design.The role:* Coordinate design intent with internal teams, architects, and subcontractors* Review drawings for accuracy, buildability, and spec compliance* Manage drawing revisions, approvals, and document control* Resolve technical challenges during design development* Attend client/site meetings to ensure alignment between vision and execution* Support procurement with accurate material/specification infoKey Responsibilities:* Interpret client requirements and output specs* Review and ensure compliance of design, procurement, and construction information* Assist in developing design packages and procurement strategies in collaboration with the Site Manager/Preconstruction team* Contribute to the Design Management Plan (DMP) and project documentation* Prepare monthly activity reports for Design ManagementQualifications & Skills:* Relevant qualifications in design, architectu...
