We strive hard to provide our customers with products that deliver outstanding performance on all parameters.Job PurposeThe primary responsibility of the Junior Graphic Designer/Artworker is to create and deliver high-quality graphics and illustrations, working closely with the wider Design and Sales Teams to ensure that all graphics are completed in a timely manner to customers briefs and requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesCreation of eye-catching presentation boards from product imagesUse schemes provided by the Sales Team on our bespoke in-house 3D sales software to create renders for presentation boards Creation of bespoke signs - candidate must be able to follow specificationsCreation of graphic assets for our design and bid teams to progress the quality of our presentationsCan work to deadlines, turn work around quicklySkills & ExperienceIdeal role for a recent graduate of a Graphic Design related degree.Proficient in Photoshop and InDesign (essential) and have experience of asset management in Adobe Creative SuiteUse of Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro (desirable) Excellent attention to detail and organisational skillsYour profileCreative thinker who will take direction from others but also be self-motivated enough to complete projects independentlyYou should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritising to meet deadlinesThe ideal candidate will be able to work independently, but collaborate with other departments on projects as neededA proactive, problem-solving mindset, always looking to improve efficiencies and positively influence KOMPAN through a collaborative approachPassion for play, outdoor environments, and inclusive designWe offer attractive terms of employment and a position in an international company with opportunity for growth across the group as well as our local UK business, valuing staff retention.KOMPAN is an equal opportunity employer and encourages all to apply.
