Employment Legal CounselPart time or full timeHybridAbout Our ClientAmazing opportunity to join a global market leader in logistics - with over a thousand sites across over 100 countries worldwide, our client is an absolute powerhouse across air, sea, road and contract logistics.Who You'll Work WithThe Legal team is embedded within the heart of the business and you will report into the Head of Legal (also Head of Compliance and Company Secretary). You will work closely with the HR and Legal team in particular.What You'll Be DoingThis is a first time appointment of a dedicated Employment Legal Counsel, to sit within a high performing and well regarded Legal team.You will support on Employment law, particularly working on Settlement Agreements, advising on a range of Employment policies and strategy, TUPE, and some Tribunal matters.About YouYou are likely to have at least 3 years' PQE in Employment. Ideally you will have some in-house experience, although this is not a hard pre-requisite.You will be able to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders and have the ability to build strong client relationships and gain the trust and confidence of the business. This role will suit a self-starter who is motivated and has energy and drive.What Else Do You Need To KnowThis is truly fantastic opportunity to work for a global leader in its field, with hybrid working.Full time: 2 days at home, 3 in the officePart time: this role could be any of 2, 3, or 4 days depending on the experience of the individualLocation: offices across the UK so there will be a location near you - however the Head Office is Milton Keynes so there is a preference for someone who can be in MK at least 1 day.Strong salary and benefits package including good basic salary plus car (cash) allowance.Great support from a very experienced Head of Legal and sitting as part of a strong and high performing UK Legal team.
